im planning on getting a dual exhaust on my 83 z28 and i wanna know what the best system would be...im lookin for something loud enough to turn every1's head(but not the cop's heads) and a rumble that will shatter windows..any ideas?

its really not worth it to run true duals. a nice 3 inch cat back will do about the same thing....and depending on what brand/muffler you get it will turn heads.

im gettin duals cuz theres gunna be future mods. i dont wanna replace the single i got now with a better single cuz wen i get the other mods i might have to change the exhaust again if i keep it to single..plus i already got the headers for duals...and been told that duals are better for long term plans

I would reccomend hooker aerochamber mufflers. Not incredibly loud but loud enough to get noticed.

my plan for duals on the 461 = open headers, then after i get pulled over I'll probably but racing mufflers on, like dynomax's

for duals, i like the set that i put on my car(in the sig.). The 3" bullets give a little more ground clearence without having to modify the floor boards. They will turn heads too! The "X-Pipe" gives it a nice sound at high RPMs. If i can get my hands on a digi camera i'll take some pics for you
