i ahve a 1988 formula 5.7 i recently picked up a set of hooker comp headers for $50 and i couldnt beat it since they are new the only thing is that they didnt come with a y pipe so what should i do? i want he flowmaster 3" system but i am undure of which one is the 2 chamber is it the american thunder system?

Yes, the American Thunder system is the 2 chamber system, the Force II is the 3 chamber system. There are both single and dual outlet American Thunder systems. The single outlet system sounds better and flows better, but you get one 3" tailpipe instead of two.

how does the 2 chamber system sound? so one comes with 1 tail pipe and the other comes with 2? anyone ever heard magnaflow? how does that sound? is it comparable? what should i do about my y pipe situation just have one made?

ok now that i knwo i want the american thunder system how about for the y pipe should i just have one made? or does hooker make one for my car? anyone ever heard that system that tpis sells? let me know thanks need to make purchase soon.
