Wow! That is really tight on the passenger side. Makes my car look like it has a big engine bay.

Congratulations Jim! Damn fine job you did there

Looks really good, not hacked looking at all. Are they ceramic coated?

How about sound and performance? Are you pleased?

You gotta be the envy of all 3rd genners in Australia right now!!

PS: Send these pics and a letter to Edelbrock! I bet they will show your car in thier next catalog!

Thanks guys I think I will send some pics to Edelbrock, they might be interested to see them. I also have a pic of them off the car, with the mods to the right bank of headers.

They are not coated, I just painted them with VHT hi-temp paint. But I did do a lot of preparations first, stripping the pipes back to bare metal etc. Hopefully the paint will last awhile.

I have seen a couple of thirdgens with headers here, but they were custom made headers, which are very expensive. As far as I know I am the first and only person in Australia, who has fitted an *off the shelf* set of headers to a right hand drive thirdgen
