I think Flowmasters sound better with cats.
I think Flowmasters sound better with cats.
If anyone aboslutely has to get Flowmaster. I would suggest keeping your cat or get a hgh flow one. My friend just got Flows for his truck with his cat intact. Sounded fairly deep and good sound. Hollows his cat out and now it sounds like a raspy billet truck. He was pissed. Anyways. The Flows IMO sound much lower with the cats intact and better. Same way when I had a Flowmaster on an RS Camaro I once owned. Sounded better with the cat. I guess with the cat it acts like a muffler too and kills some of the higher tones out of the exhaust note.
I will agree with you on that one. Everybody said my car sounded good with the cat and manifolds, but know with no cat and headers it sounds like ****. It almost makes a cackling sound when I am barely on it. So does anybody have some suggestions on what would sound good for my car?
