I think you'll need the 3" slip fit adaptor, p/n 30038. You have a single 3" cat, right?

along with all the install stuff dont forget t 1. take the next day or 2 off. 2. get some beer if 21. 3. learn to curse in a few diffrent languages so not to offend anyone near by.
91TPI5.7 is right, this is not a one hour airfoil installation, this is a major installation that will test your abilities. Yes you will probably have to weld something. Take it slowly and take breaks. The interference removal will take time. Take ditigal pictures before installation so you can remember where everything goes back. You paid good money for the headers don't cheesedick the installation.

Hey guys, don't forget the flesh that will be required off of your hands to remove heat shields and other accessories!
On the welding, I used exhaust clamps *temporarily* to hold things in place after the install and then took the car to a local shop to get it all welded in properly. I have dual cats and so there was some welding required. Not sure about you single cat guys with the adapter.
A thought.

The adaptor is a slip fit. You can use exhaust clamps to hold it on or weld it on to make it permanent.
