My headers seem to rattle really loud at a certain rpm usually when i start my car or when i'm at idle. I've tried changing the header gaskets and i've listened for the sound outside of the car and its impossible to hear. I've moved the exhaust with my hand hard enough to try and hear any noise and nothing happened. Can anyone help me with this. Much appriciated. Drew

First try to pinpoint at least what area it's coming from. I'd get a piece of long hose, put it to my ear and snoop around the engine when you heard that sound. See what area it's the loudest around...

 

your sig says u have an edelbrock cat back...for how long? when i first got mine put on, the 3" pipe used to rub the floor in a few places...to fix it i jus cut pieces of an old belt and stuck them between the pipe and the floor of the car, fixed it right away. id check that as a possibility

Yeah i got it put on not to long ago, that sounds about right though.I'm gonna go check it now. Thanks alot.
