Edelbrock vs. Hooker cat back.......

Edelbrock vs. Hooker cat back.......

Which is better?? What one gives the better performance and sound for the buck? Does anyone have either matched to Edelbrock headers? What is the performance and sound like??

I personally don't like the hooker sound, I have the edelbrock headers and there cat back and love it. I had hooker mufflers on my 78 trans am and it was really loud, but the sound hit the stlye car.

I have the edelbrock catback with heddman headers and no cat Sounds really mean:evil: An old friend of mine has the hooker catback.. soudns good too. I just like mine more

I just got my Hooker Cat-back put on and it sounds really mean. I like it alot and i really recommend it. i have that and Edlebrock TES headers

Mods: 1.6 Proform Roller Rockers, electric fan.

Future mods: X-Ram( Aftermarket Cross-Fire Injection Manifold that proves to have as much power as TPI www.x-ram.com )
