Help! Broken Exhaust Header Bolts.

Help! Broken Exhaust Header Bolts.
Just picked up a 86 Camero for my son, 2.8L with 174K---engine runs great and strong. Only problem is two bolts on left side (back) and one on the right side front (lower) have the heads missing and are leaking exhaust. Any tricks for removal??
I’m assuming some are broken at the block (aren’t I optimistic!) Is this a common problem???
