I have the Hooker Shorty headers w/o air. They have a 3 inch collector which will require reducers. Also, a custom y-pipe will have to be made. I got my headers for $140 and then got them coated for $120. I got a y-pipe made by a local exhaust shop for $100. I am very pleased with them. I have had no problems with them besides some early exhaust leaks but those are gone now. I believe they are the best buy out there for 3rd gen headers.
