Cat-back exhaust for a 1992 Firebird.
Cat-back exhaust for a 1992 Firebird.
Hey guys, I'm new to the whole mod world of firebirds and i have a question about the cat-back exhaust system. Is it possible to get an exhaust setup(any kind that adds horsepower, doesn't have to be cat back) that you can't see, like the stock ones. If any of you have pictures of your upgraded exhausts, I would appreciate it if you would post them, so I can get an idea of what brand to buy.

Buy whichever brand you like, they're all pretty good. They just sound differently.

I put strait pipe instead of a muffler on my 92 firebird. Had Pipe split right where muffler would be so I could have duel. Sounds just like my Friends 4thgen Transam with Brola. Email me if you want a pic. Zarb@home.com
I have a 92 bird and love my exhaust it looks stock almost although its all 3' stainless cat back. gives a great performance and low idle rumble. does not give u the hollow sound more of a deep tone. http://sites.netscape.net/bulldogfrazier/exhaust
