Passing emmissions with long tubes????

has anyone done it? i don't have the visual inspection, just the roller test. anyways, do you just have a true dual exhaust or a custom fabbed y-pipe. i was going to go the LT and custom y on my 4th gen before i decided to step back into a 3rd gen. are hooker lt's the shiznit in these cars like they are in the 4th gens?

i dont think you can pass emission with em....i was gonna get em but i need to pass. supposedly you can put in a AIR system and a O2 sensor and itll pass the sniffer.

I know plenty of LT1 guys with Long Tubes that have passed emissions tests. If you run long tubes on a 3rd gen then you have to delete the AIR system. No big deal. Still will pass emissions as long as you don't have a VISUAL inspection and as long as your are running a good set of catalytic converters.
