Exhuast???

I am looking at finally buying a decent aftermarket exhaust. I plan on going to a 350 in the next 6 months. Edelbrock, Flowmaster, SLP any suggestions would be great. I have heard flows aren't necessarily the way to go and some poeple swear by them. Thanks Guys

SLP 3"catback is the best exhaust for a 305 thirdgen IMO.It looks the best,is stainless steel and has that mature muscle car rumble, not excessively loud like some of the others.Plus I've never seen a test of another exhaust that ouperforms it.I would just get the catback now then when you get the 350 get the 1 3/4 headers.

I've been going thru the same ordeal myself...
I would Suggest MAC or Dynomax in the 3" field
for bigger hp 4" Mufflex www.mufflex-performance.com
As far as headers are concerned i only ever looked at 2 slp and hooker

K&N, Mild Shift Kit, 3.23
On The way, Mufflex 4". Slp 4 into 1 3/4" or Hooker Super Comp lt headers

I'd go for the Hooker Aerochamber cat-back
