My exhaust looks like sh*t right now, when I bought the car, there was overspray on the exhaust from the paint job, so it looks like the muffler is slightly rusted. Its the only thing that you see when someone is behind me driving down the road. Is there any kind of high temperature paint I could use to clean that stuff up? And what color should I get? Black? Or Silver?

You can go to your local parts store and pick up a can of high heat black or silver,, whatever your liking. Usually the exhaust isn't that hot (like it is closer to the engine) so you don't have to use any extreme heat paint (I've used flat black krylon b 4), just scuff off any surface rust or paint, wipe clean and paint.
