You are going to be hard pressed to get true duals. The floor pan on the drivers side needs to be crunched in order to get duals by. Your best bet is a set of 1 7/8" headers and a nice single 4" flowmaster from mufflex. They make dual outlets for only the 3 1/2" setup, I think. Checkem out at www.mufflex.com

I think a good set of headers a custom 3" system w/o the cat and some sort of 3" inlet muffler like a Flowmaster 80 series or something like that would be enough to flow that beast. Thats a lot of flow right there. But true duals would be nice, just expensive and a pain.

Dual 3 inch exhaust may be a bit much on a naturally aspirated engine. You will probably lose low end power, but have gains in high end power. I would go 2.5" dual if I were you, but that's just my opinion. Hope this helps.
I'd go with SLP 1 3/4" headers, no cat and a 3 inch mandrel bent cat-back from Hooker, Edelbrock, Flowmaster, ect.
