How much do mechanics charge for a cat-back exhaust installation?

I am about to add on a new cat-back exhaust system. I have done some research and i think I'm going to go with Flowmasters American Thunder cat-back system. I am looking for improved performance and most importantly a great sound(and loud). How much would it cost me to get a system like this professionally installed?

Well, over here in WI at a professional muffler shop, did it for my friend's 72 monte carlo for $137 but, that was from the headers back. So, for you, i'd assume it would cost less. I was quoted $130 for my exhuaust installed from the y-pipe back

usually at least $100. do it yourself. it will only take an hour for you and a friend to accomplish if you buy a good kit. dynamax and flowmaster stuff usually bolts right in place with little or no effort.

I had Master Muffler install my 3" flowmaster
cat back system. They hung it and welded it and only charged me $40.00. Its the best thing you can do for your car.
