yep they are, and seem fairly easy to install. i put a set on a 88 w/355 and auto

I put a set on a TA I used to have they were Hooker Comps. I had to take a motor mount bolt out and raise one side of the moter to get it in down next to the motor,but I'ed do it all over again,they were worth it.The far back bolt on the pass. side is a pain to get in and get tightened,But like I said once you get them on they'll be worth the trouble.
