Sorry if this belongs on the V-6 forum, but I figured since its exhaust related it would do better here.

What exhaust setup would you recommend as a replacement for my stock rig? I need something that will give some low end torque, sound nice, and all for a budget. (around 200 - 250 dollars)

 

I'd look into the 2 1/2" dynomax catback. They seem to be pretty popular with the V-6 guys. Personally, I think the louder systems like flowmaster and hooker sound like crap on 6 cylinders, not to mention the 3" pipe would be overkill. Plus the dynomax is around 150 bucks, pretty cheap for a full catback.

 

Flows rock on my 3.1.

But make sure if you get them, you ne 2.5 pipes, and not 3's.

They are too big...

 

The flows may sound awesome, but how much extra punch do they give you at low RPMs?

 

It's not bad. It would be better if I had a Hi Flow Cat.....
