Installing SLP 1 3/4 headers easier than expected!
I installed them today and was easier than expected. I thought it was going to be a total PITA.
One thing I did find was two plug wires were burned through. I wonder if my car would have ran faster with just new wires???
The Stage 8 locking bolts allen head center really came in handy on a couple of spots.
Can't wait to have the rest welded up! I am having new converters and a better flowing after cat y-pipe using Flowmaster's 3" Y collector. Then will have that sent out to be Jet Hot coated for appearance and to keep some heat in the pipes from radiating through the floorboards.
I'll post pics of the headers tomorrow and the after cat set up when it is done in a couple months.
