cat vs high flow cat

im going to b getting headers soon. i was just woundering if my stock cats will restict my exaust to to point where i should get high flow ones or simply take them off. btw, the cats r basicly new, i had to pass emissions a few months back. the fact that i payed alot to have new cats installed is the reason im not too thrilled about getting rid of them. if only at the time i knew i could get cat co high flows for way less in summit.

U have new dual converters right, so I would just keep those on there because they already are a good flowing setup.
