Hedman LT's VS. Hooker Super Comps. ???

Ok, so are Hedmans that bad? I mean I can get the Hedman's brand new AND coated for $80 LESS than the uncoated Super Comps.

I have heard a few things about the Hedmans and fitting. Whats the deal? If I do this I will be losing all emissions related crap and prolly the A/C as well. Do I have anything to worry about? Right now the car is auto but in the future will be manual, possibly both T5 and T56 over time, is a manual tranny a problem with the Hedman's?

I am pretty sure that there are no problems at all with the Hooker's so I am asking mainly about the Hedman's.

Also, are the Hooker's just plain worth the extra cash?

Anybody that has either of the two setups would be great to hear from.

Thanks guys.

I am in the same boat. I'm getting the Hedman's. The main difference is they're 1 5/8 and the Hooker's are 1 3/4.

1 5/8 will flow good up to 400hp I hear.

The hedman's you will most likely need their S extensions for it to clear, which are cheap, look in the Jegs catalog.
