Modified Cats

I've read several post about people gutting their cats and putting in a pipe. What size pipe do you use and do you weld it in or what? Sounds like the best way to go to me. Same as an offroad pipe but you don't have to swap it out for inspections (visual).

All I did to my cat was gut it, and it works fine, try that first if you don't like it do that weld in pipe thing but I don't think there is any difference in the two and gutting the cat is realy easy.

Hope that helps
