No muffler question

im cuttin off my muffler tommorow, It's broke, do open pipes have more horsepower than with the muffler? i know it'll be a lot louder, but will i see any gains?

You might notice a slight difference. It's one more thing that adds to backpressure, so by eliminating it, that's good, just don't expect a lot from a 2.8.
