What kinda headers will go on an 86 IROC with 305 TPI? I'm getting Random tech high flow cat and Hooker cat back system. Do I have to do any modifications or is it pretty much all bolt and/or weld on?

If the connection between the Y-pipe and the cat is a slip-fit (which it probably is), then I'd recommend the Hooker Super Comp shorty headers (#2055). They have all of the required emissions fittings, bolt right in, no welding required. See:

Where exactly did you get these? What about price, are they expensive? Any idea on hp or torque gains?
