Can anyone tell me if and where I can get exhaust that is loud in sound but still legal or close. An H-pipe?? or anything of that matter.

 

the best and cheapest way is just to get a new muffler. try a hooker areochamber, flowmaster, or flotech raptor. a muffler shop
can order them for you. and if you want to make it sound deeper put big *** chrome tips on it. the tip can make a help if you have restrictions in your area for sound
