What type of high flow cat works best???

I have a '87 camaro SC with a LG4 engine and i recently put a flowmaster muffler on it and i'm wanting to put on a high flow cat, what works best with the flowmaster?? Thanks guys.

I have heard that the Random Technology high flow converter is the highest flowing converter that is currently available. It does cost about $220 from TPIS, the cheapest price I have seen. My friend bought one straight from Random Tech and it cost him close to $300. IMO, I would just get a Catco Converter from Summit Racing, the cost is only $65.
