Just got my Hooker Super Comp LT's....

What's the deal with the slip tube on the #8 cylinder? Seems kinda rinky-dink to me. Other than that, the headers are pretty nice. I would not want to try and install them with the motor in the car though....yikes!

I'll tell you now, there is no way in hell you can get them in with the engine still installed. I just installed mine 2 days ago and it totally sucked, but i got them in. Are yours Jet-Hot coated? Mine are, but i added quite a few scrapes getting mine in. Now if i can just figure out how to get the two pipes to clear my Spohn torque arm/crossmember set-up i'll be happy.
