exhaust leak
exhaust leak
i just installed a new intake/carb setup and also new dist. when i fired it up for the first time exhaust gasses came pouring from my valve cover vent filter. what could be my problem? my timing should be ok, but how can i make 100% shure it is right?

Axle/Gears: 3.42
Did you do anything to the exhaust? I only ask because what would changing anything intake wise have to do with the exhaust? If your getting gases coming out of the valve cover vent(breather?) it would most likely be due to blow by from the piston rings. I could be wrong though. Hope that helps.
