I gutted my cat in less than a second...

...but it was by accident. It got so clogged, and the backpressure got so great, that the 4" manufacturer's plug blew out the bottom of the cat a couple of days ago when I romped on the gas. Now my car sounds like a dump truck, but it gives me the perfect excuse to install my SLP headers now instead of after school's out I'm starting on Wednesday after I get back from school. If I plan it out carefully, do you think two of my friends and me can install them in about 7 hr? We're pretty handy with tools, and it doesn't look that difficult. I'm just hacking the old exhaust pipes off, instaling the headers and y-pipe, then taking it to the exhaust shop for the rest of the exhaust.

Yeah, I am sure you guys can get it done in about 7 hours. My friend, his brother and myself installed headers in his 89 RS in less than that, it was probably close to 5 hours.
