Headers
I need a set of 1 and 3/4 inch headers that have 3 inch collectors, and go into a 3 inch y pipe that will bolt up to an aftermarket 3 inch exhaust system. Anyone that has these, I would like to know Price, Performance, ease or difficulty of installation, and where you got them. I know these are alot of demands but i need some new headers and im not sure SLP's are worth the money. thanks alot

I dont know of any... Hooker long tubes, maybe? Why do you need a 3 inch y-pipe anyway?
SLP's are definitely worth the money if you need emissions legal headers.

Hooker makes SuperComp shortie headers with 1-5/8 primaries and a 3" Y-pipe. It installs with the usual scraped knuckles and cursing but no fitment problems. The price is $350 from Summit racing. They also make long tube headers with 1-3/4 primaries that will eliminate your CAT. You can get the matching exhaust that bolts up to them from Mufflex Performance. As far as performance goes, the words 'Hooker SuperComp' says it all.
