Aerochamber to quiet

Aerochamber to quiet

I just had a aerochamber put on my 88 iroc the car still has cat and is tbi with stock aircleaner but the car ia quieter than when i had a dynomax super turbo muffler on it whats up?

i went from dynomax to my aerochamber. give at a good highway run see what that does.

i did notice there is less interior resonance with the aerochamber (hear less in the car) is that what you were talking about? if so go to the rear and have someone gunn it for ya, you will see the difrence. also did you get the entire system? or just the muffler. if yo ugot the system through those tips on they make a difrence in the sound

I got the Hooker 3" catback, and it sounds quiet in the car, and when I'm just crusing around. When I open it up, it roars, but is still fairly quiet in the car. I listened to it behind the car, and, it's just awesome. The only way I can describe it is that all the sound "shoots" straight back.
