Looking for a cat back system that someone would like to part with for less than a war pension. My exhaust is factory and about as rotted out as it can be and still be in one peice. I'm just waiting for the whole thing to fall off right now....

 

im selling the OE exhaust system from the manifolds to the tailpipes. everything is in good condition and fully functioning. its off an 88 camaro sc.

 

I appreciate the info. Ill keep it in mind. What I'd REALLY like is a good flowmaster or even a borla. If the one you put in place of your factory system doesnt work out for ya, let me know.

Well, to be honest, as little as I can. My biggest complaint with the car is it is still near its anemic horsepower rating from the factory. I found a dude in the 3rdgen classifieds that says he has (I think) a flowmaster muffler and tailpipes used for $20, but he doesnt want to ship them, and he is in Mississippi, and I'm in East Tennessee. Not sure how that'll go, but I am sure my pipe is good back to the muffler, but the muffler and tailpipes are showing all of their 18 years of age. The local muffler shop can hook me up with a new flowmaster and tailpipes for abut $150, so not sure what I will be able to get away with. The less I can spend on the muffler, the more I will have to put towards a carb, headers, etc,etc.
