What you have to look at is what you are going to do to the car down the road. Are you going to keep building on it, motor, induction, etc, or are you going to keep it stock? You'll want to look into an exhaust that will meet your needs in the future.
Now with that out of the way, the only thing that I recommend is looking through the archives on this board. The only reason I say this is because this issue seems to come up about every 2 or 3 days and I don't want to open another can of worms, again! Everybody has an opinion, myself included.
Just about all of the big name systems are good. Flowmaster, Hooker, Borola, etc. I'd say just look for something in your price range and go from there. You also may want to go around and see what exhausts are on f-body's in your area. That way you can hear the exhaust for yourself. That way you don't have to listen to an exhaust on your car that you don't like. Hope that helps. Good Luck!
Oh Yeah, do you really have a 302 or is it really just a 305(5.0ho)?
