I just started up my 355 TPI motor. It has the Hooker shorty headers with the y-pipe (part number 2055), 3" Catco universal high-flow cat, and the 3" Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back (3" inlet, dual 3" outlet muffler). I recommend this setup to everyone that wants a deep, mean, throaty, and somewhat loud exhaust system. I do not hear the metallic tinny sound that people associate with Flowmasters. It has a very nice idle and screams at WOT. The stainless tips look great and it just sounds badass. I highly recommend this to everyone. Just thought you guys might want another opinion of Flowmaster.
