Hooker muffler questions?

Alright, I've finally had enough of my flowmaster. Hooker is the way to go.

I'm looking for the Hooker muffler that is included with the catback. I've looked all over and cannot find exactly which one it is. So I figured what better place to ask then here.

3" inlet, 2 outlets (largest diameter possible, 2.5"?) - I'm pretty sure it's a crossflow muffler.

Someone please point me in the right direction! I need two of these things ASAP. One for both cars to make me happy.

Thanks guys!

i dont think u can buy just the muffler (3in inlet and 2.5out) all u can buy is the 2.5 in and out. enless u get the whole catback.

email Hooker and see if they sell the just muffler.

Just curious, what exactly don't you like about the Flow?

From the 1500-2000 rpm range in my IROC it sounds like a golf ball bouncing around in the muffler. Other than that it sounds good. On my LS1 I don't have that problem, but the only reason the flowmaster was on there was because I bought it that way.

It's just preference I guess.

*update: I think I found the muffler on Summit. Is this it?

That's the one that comes with the catback that I have. I applaud you on your choice. It is a great sounding muffler. The whole catback kit is really good, too. So yes, it is the one you need for our cars.

If you look here: http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLin...SHHM/Aero.html

That muffler is listed as "Universal Camaro/Firebird" and is the same dimensions as their "Specific Fit" one, just bigger holes. Just reinforcing what you guys have already said
