after header installation help

Ok last weekend I installed some flowtech headers on my 90' RS. Since the installation my car has been running like !@#. I left the two mounting bars for the a/c and the alternator off cause it didn't look like they were helping anything. Was I wrong in doing so? The passenger side looks like it will match up, But the drivers side definetly doesn't. Any suggestions??

There are two questions there, I think.

1) Check your plugs and plug wires. You probably got some crossed (wires) or broke one or more (plugs).

2) What you left off keeps what you left on from breaking.
