"...air setup headers from jegs..."? What exactly is that?
What you're looking for is a y-pipe (headers to cat) and i-pipe (intermediate pipe between cat & muffler).
The y-pipe will either have to be custom fabricated by an exhaust shop, or made by the manufacturer of your headers. Each header type/brand is designed slightly different from all the others, so unless the manufacturer of your headers offers a y-pipe for them, you won't be able to just buy one. Sometimes you have to buy the y-pipe with the headers (Hooker 2055's, for example).
I-pipes are best obtained by getting an entire after-cat (or cat-back) system, which will have the i-pipe, muffler, and tailpipe(s).
