Whats the QUIETEST muffler

Im putting a cutout on my IROC when i do my exhaust system and i need to know what the quietest muffler is (for when i get home at 2am) for when the cutout is closed

Also, do they make a single muffler with dual in, dual out ???

Get a Walker/Dynomax catback. It sounds exactly like stock, except you feel (not really hear) a low rumble that wasn't there before. It's also slightly louder at WOT. It was exactly the sound I wanted when I put mine on. And because the muffler is fiberglass packed, the "tinny" sound isn't there (I hate that sound too). It still flows just as good as any other aftermarket muffler though.

I know that Flowmaster makes a muffler that has 2 in/2 out. It's made for first gen Camaros and 69-74 Novas. I wouldn't call Flowmaster quiet though. And I don't know if you could make up pipes to work into that style under our cars.

You'd have to see it to understand. The pipes come in at the front of the muffler through the casing, and exit out the sides. Kind of a weird set up.

Dynomax is quiet. I don't know about the dual in dual out thing, though. Why don't you just find a cheap stock muffler if you are running a cutout?

Dynomax is pretty quiet. Have a super turbo on my car; single in, dual out. I like the sound.

I remember seeing one of those 2 inlet/2 outlet pipes a while back... i actually think dynomax makes them and they are for corvettes...don't quote me on this cuz i saw it like 2 months ago on the
http://www.a-1performance.com website...you'll have to look at all the mufflers though...not sure whether it's super turbo or ultra welded or what not...
