y pipes V8

what is a norm,al hi performance system for these cars,,,i just noticed my car has a hole in the chassis only on 1 side,,,i cant see how i can run a duel straight off the engine pipes,,it will be too low on one side,,,,how big are these y pipes on a good engine,,2,1/2 inch or what,,i have no headers yet,,this car is rught hand drive,,,and a set will have to be custom made,,,1,,5/8th inch i think, off the heads,,i will have to run a duel from the y pipe ,,i think,,,,,whats normal,,this looks like a hassle,,

400 vortec, comp cams,edelbrock,750 etc

Do a search for dual exhaust on here, several have done it.

You'll want a mininum 3'' y pipe for your setup. Not sure if they make bigger ones, I'm sure you can get one made though.
