I have a single stock cat, 3'' midpipe, and 80-series Flowmaster set-up on my 305TPI. It sounds nice 'n mean right now, the midpipe added a lot to the "deepness" of the exhaust note. My question, however, is if adding a hi-flow cat will make a noticeable difference in tone & performance. I want the tone, but I've lost some backpressure already and I don't have an intake mod to match the 3'' system yet. Suggestions on intake mods that match a 3'' Flowmaster system?

there's not too much you can do with a TPI as far as intake modifications, but if you want you should get both your manifold and heads ported and polished. Then a high flow cat would be a great upgrade to your exhaust system.
