"maybe"

You'll need a lift most likely to do it. I had my car up on jack stands and the best I could do was to hacksaw it.

Of course, if you hacksaw it, you could get it welded, or get some band clamps to put it back together, too.

yea i am tring to take it off my trans am that doesnot have a engine right now and put the catback on my firebird. my firebird i really did not care about the old exhaust so i just cut it before the muffler and jacked up the back and took the braceings out of the way and pushed it forward. but how well would it work if you cut it and took it out and reconnected it with clamps on another car, just seems pretty cheep but i might have to do that.

My catback came out of the car from which it came and went onto mine in one piece. You have to disconnect all of the rear end parts that get in its way on the right side: Lower control arm, spring, shock, panhard rod, ebrake cable. I don't have a lift, did it with jack stands in my garage.
