How can this be restrictive?

Ok I had no cat and a hightflow muffler 3in exhuast stock style from the place the cat used to be back "hence basicly stock"
The performance muffler was a highflow type but very quiet "not my style, in a true dual guy it just no shop currently has the skill, even with an example right in front of them to do it".

I had a shop put a 32in turbo tube in the cat location then where the inlet is for the muffler they dumped it to a U pipe "Where I beleive the resrtiction is"
The car used to run to 5500 rpm now 4500 5k if im very lucky. The only muffler is the turbo tube and there not known for being very restrictive and since it is placed further up than a stock muffler there should be no backpressure compared to having a muffler in the rear of the car. Right? In nutral the car flawlessly revs to 5k, no pop pop pop on decel, this would lead me to beleive that there is no restriction or at least the proper amout. Right?
The only place where I can see a possible restriction point is where the pipe runs into the U at the back for exit "=-".
So dose anyone agree that this is the only possible point where it could be choking?
