ok help me out with my exhaust

how are the dual cat back systems run? Is there 2 seperate pipes that curl around the trans and meet into one pipe that travels along the DS?
If not, how does that sound for making a good flowing exhaust system.
I was thinking 2 2.5" pipes into one 3"...

does anyone have pics of good flowing single exhaust systems I can duplicate for fairly cheap?

My Dynomax catback for the dual cat cars is one 2.75" (I think) pipe from the hog-ring clamp after the converters down the driveshaft and over the axle to a dual outlet muffler like the stock one. 2 2.5" pipes into a 3" is a pretty good setup, IMO, and single in/out mufflers usually flow better but I liked the stock appearance. Does this answer your question?

Two pipes come down and then come around the trans like you said. Then, go into the converters on the passenger side. There is a Y-pipe after the converters. There is a larger diameter pipe with a hog clamp beside the driveshaft all the way back to axle and over.
