best aftermarket catback?

hey fellas
i am looking to get a new 3 inch catback exhaust on my 86 TA with a 305 TPI. basically, i'd like to pick up a little power, but mostly i just want it to sound sweet. i love a car thats pretty loud and has a real low, smooth rumble at idle. any suggestions for me to achieve this sound and get an affordable (<$350) exhaust system that isnt real tough to install??? thanks in advance
