Adding a cat back vs just a muffler?
I put a Flowmaster 80 series muffler on my car last december..a nicer sound than stock, but would I get even more of a sound if I had the American Thunder system put on it? (I am also planning on ordering headers shortly, so it will be quite loud eventually)

Cant really answer your question. But my car has the 80 series muffler on it and I LOVE the sound!

the 3" pipes will add a louder sound(or should). plus, the way I see it at least, a muffler can make your car louder, but the cat back system will free up power that was bound up by the restrictive factory pipes.
