I have a 1987 TA, the guy I bought it from put full length headers on a rebuilt 350. The headers are illegal and the cat is gutted. In the town I live in in central OK has no good performance muffler shops, and no place that sells shorty headers. Any online store that could sell me everything I need to put a system on myself would be helpful. I have installed stock exhaust systems before but can't find supplies for any kind of after market performance.

summitracing i can vouch for...my y they said wouldnt ship for 2 weeks due to back order...no biggie because the other places said the same thing...but it shipped within 2 days...real cool...make sure to call either one (jegs or summit) if you dont see what you want on their site...chances are they have it if you just ask.

Why replace it? We have no inspection anymore in OK. Are the headers giving you problems? If not I would say go with what you got and have fun. I have removed almost all the smog crap on my car. No problems, No worries.
