exhaust help

hey all I was wondering im going to be buying headers soon and I am most likely going to go with hooker comp or super comp shorty's with a flowmaster I wanted to know if they come with a y pipe or will I have to get one made up?

also the motor is a 350 and I hear different story's on 1 3/4 or 1/58 which is most preferred?

one more thing I am not worried about the cat it will probably come off what size pipe would be best 2 1/4 or 3inch?

one more thing then I'll stop lol the long tubes i have been hearing about is a y pipe also available for them and does it have to be duels or can i run the single pipe? price is an issue

Thank's for all the help

Hooker Super Comp Shorty's come with Y-pipe. 1 3/4" Primaries scavenge better however are sometimes a aste if you don't have enough engine for it. Use 3" exhaust, that's what I run and it flows great.

I've been told on here 1 5/8 headers can support up to around 400hp.
