i am getting full length headers for my car and i want to know are they gonna be louder then my shorty's..

I have both and I feel the Hooker LTs are a bit louder. It really depends on what is attached to them out the back of the car.

I can definitely hear the quality of the 'tuned' LT headers over the shortys. The LTs are in sync and rumble in an organized tune whereas the shortys seem random in their pulsations.

Just my .02 cents worth........

What about "tuned" hooker super comp shorties?

 

i have long tube headers on my car, they are a lot louder than the ones i had on my 82 camaro. I think those those were shorties because they weren't like the ones i have now.
