SLP headers.. S/S or Jet-hot?
ok.. i was about to get my headers but when i called summit they said S/S headers.. not Jet-hot. whats the difference?? and whats better for getting rid of engine heat?
the SS headers are the standard SLP ones. they dont NEED the jet hot ceramic coating to prevent rust, but that coating would help to lower the underhood temps. it's really your choice...i've heard of a lot of ppl regretting that they didnt get the coating, but it is a $150 option. in the end, if you're getting slp's headers, it's your call.
