Can I pass without smog pump and cat with no visual inspection?
Just wondering if it was possible. I need to pass with 1.5 CO and 400 HC. It's just a sniffer test. I'll have a pair of Dynomax Cerama-coat headers going into a gutted catalytic converter ... and then out to a pair of Magnaflow mufflers.
