My cat rattles like a ****. Not all the time, but a lot, and it's annoying and LOUD. It sounds like something in there is broken. So I've had it. I'm taking it out. I know someone at a shop that will remove it for me and weld a test pipe in place. Where can I get a test pipe? Just a pipe from Home Depot or what? I dunno...never tried this

The exhaust shop should be able to make one, its just 3 inch pipe or whatever diameter welded to the cat to i-pipe connector and the y-pipe. I don't know why they would make one for you though, let alone install one.

Its cool they're gonna do it for you, but its illegal and no shop is ever supposed to do it.
